13. Where the storage is at a place remote from the setup site, transfer of our products to site is the duty of the buyer.
14. If the Buyer requires unique packing in relation to the Goods it must be accepted in writing between the Purchaser and the Seller, and the expense of the same is to the Purchaser's account and appropriately will be included in the Purchase Cost. If the Seller stops working to consist of the expense of unique packaging in the Purchase Price the Purchaser need to pay to the Seller such expenses on demand.

21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller immediately. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
